This higher capacity shallow fryer will easily do Six Funnel Cakes at a time and keep up with virtually a continuous pour and cook both sides from a single fryer. 6500 Watt elements can produce up to 90 (average size) Funnel Cakes per hour.
Ideally sized for mid-sized parties, small vending locations and for rental businesses. For really big locations you can use more than one machine to help the "pot life" of your cooking oil!
